Mr Zhien Ou is a very experience person in technological advancement. He is qualified information technology officer graduated with a degree from a well known university in China. He is specialise in robotics, machinery, automation, 3D-printing and electrical supplies. He is also one of the very first individual who helped Volvo car manufacturer in China to produce automobiles parts via automation 20 years ago. Dr Richard Fong have an extensive science background experience in genomics, microbiology and also an infectious disease specialist. He graduated with a PhD in microbiology genetics investigating Tuberculosis in Asia region. Richard is also the leader investigator for many international and local New Zealand project often involving many government level organization to promote global health. His experience in research and development are crucial for SPEL Group future direction and commercialisation. |
Mr Tong graduated with Bachelor of Commerce and Science from University of Otago, NZ. He has a diverse background in many business operation, marketing and development and have extensive network in health sector within international and New Zealand. Prior establishing SPEL Group as co-founder he was a business consultant for more than 8 years and bring plenty of operating HR managementexperience and brand promotion and marketing to our group.
